It make me feel uncomfortable. The music doesnt play and i dont want to start over

This is a wonderful comic style detective game. Really makes you put on your thinking cap and solve cases.The effort put in is appreciated as it makes it a fantastic game and one of its kind. Great jobs guys

I loved the story and all the cases but you cant just stop. There is so much potential for more plots. I hope you make one.

I loved professor Layton and was excited when I found this game.... Until I started playing it. It isnt the same at all. Please bring back Layton and Luke, or better yet, do what the creators of Phoenix wright did and make your DS games a mobile app.

I wish I can give 0 stars .! Every thing about it sucked! Graphics werent that good, story didnt make sense at all, the pace of the game wasnt enjoyable & the way the sentences/words were used in the characters thought-bubbles was an abomination!! I dont know if the game was made in a different language & they did a horrible job I translating it to English or if the makers were so lazy that they didnt bother to proof read it... It dont make any sense at all. That alone is grounds for me to delete a game but with every other problem on top of this, i had to write a review.. Dont waste your time on this game..

I played through all three sections. The mental challenges are reminiscent of the Professor Layton series. It has a cast of colorful characters including Hershel Laytons son. Personally, I got 5-6 hours of gameplay from it. With only the cases, it is a wonderful game. However, later a storyline threading through all of the cases emerges making for a hook that kept me eager to start a new case. There is also a lovely twist involving Alfendi Layton and an overall decent end that leaves one both satisfied and awaiting a second game. I would love to see this developed into a game for the 3DS and I fully recommend that if you enjoyed the first 3 cases to buy the others.

The background music does not play anymore (I guess due to the update??) Its still a good game though! I just didnt get the full experience without the music...

But the music doesnt work no matter what I do, and this seems to be a problem for others as well. Wish theyd fix it because it makes the gameplay a bit awkward and its sad because the music was one of my favorite parts of playing Professor Layton games.

What happened to the soundtrack? I got this game expecting a good game from level 5 and it seemed good at first. The only thing that was off was the weird screeching sounds when they talked and then I realized the problem is that theres no soundtrack. I dont think I can play the game until you fix the soundtrack, and I already paid 5 bucks for this. I hope you read this and fix the problem because Ive spent a lot of money on your games and wish to continue doing so.

I truly love this game, I have not found anything to be upset about and even with the two DLCs I believe I received my monies worth from the game. This game is a visual novel and is very strait forward with the gameplay, it requires some reading with light use of a dictionary. It takes a few hours to do the game, and if you really want to look closer it can be rewarding. My only complain is that for some reason the music no longer works and I am upset, I did quite like the soft jazz. Professor Layton fan or not, this game is still touching.

Amazing! Great story. Great characters. And so many mysteries left unsolved! Too bad it was over so quickly! 10/5!

This is a really fun game, but there is no music.

In the first case the black guy is unnamed and asks to be unnamed and then the room service guy blurts out. Oh! I know a guy named Bosch phelps and suddenly the file for the black guy says name found. Lol. Wha??? The really important clues arent even options. The black guy HAS his tie on when you meet him and there was a tie on the scene. So..... I was also bothered by the fact you cant choose an innocent victim. If you guess wrong they make you view all the details till you get it right.

Music usually plays when I reach the title screen and during the game itself. Recently, all I can hear are the sound effects, but no music. Whats going on?

I really really really loved this game!!!! It was a game I was looking for for ages!!!! The expansion packs are totally worth it!!!! BUT, it did end on a sort of cliff-hanger.... Is there going to be a sequel? I REALLY hope so!!! PLEASE CONSIDER GETTING THIS GAME!!! Its really good

If this being a Layton title is what caught your attention you can save your time. This is not puzzle solving, its a clunky murder mystery game. Super disappointed.

The reviews are excellent, But that is not why I bought this game. My anime loving sister recommended this game to me. Trusting My Sister very much, I used the very last bit of my money to buy this game. At first I was questioning my purchase, but I realized how well this game was laid out. How it does such a good job on the teaching you the ways of solving each mystery that it makes want to come back for more. I know people have been requesting a sequel but I have no regrets on spending my money on this one piece with her has a sequel or not. I dont think this company should rush to make a sequel take your time if you really are going to but as far as Im concerned this satisfied me.
